Test Collector update scalability

We want to see how much is the overhead of TCP vs. UDP.

Use the glideTester with condor_advertise, and see how

  1. how much load you put on the collector
  2. how many dropped classads you get
Try first without security (this is more realistic), and then with security (to simulate the factory use case).
